Sinosauropteryx is not a big dino..
These cute little feathered friends from the ancient depths of the dark, moist, environs of China's oldest forested zones, were kind enough to be our target for this mission. But now, let us explore a bit more of all things Sinosauro' as we see if we really found our remote perceptions running with this charming theropod.
Paleocology of the target (taken from the Wiki)
Sinosauropteryx, as a Yixian Formation dinosaur, is a member of the Jehol Biota, the assemblage of organisms found in the Yixian Formation and overlying Jiufotang Formation. The Yixian Formation is composed largely of volcanic rocks such as andesite and basalt. Between the volcanic layers are several beds of sedimentary rocks representing deposition in a lake. The freshwater lake strata of the Yixian Formation have preserved a wide variety of plants, invertebrates, and vertebrates. Gymnosperm forests were extensive, with a few early flowering plants as well. Ostracods and insects were diverse, and bivalves and gastropods were abundant. Mammals and birds are also well known from the formation. The setting was subject to periodic mortality events including volcanic eruptions, wildfires, and noxious gases erupting from the lakes. The climate has been interpreted as temperate, with distinct wet and dry seasons. The yearly temperature during this time period averaged about 10 °C (50 °F), indicating a temperate climate with unusually cold winters for the generally warm Mesozoic era, possibly due to northern China's high latitude during this time.
What might the more common elements we would associate with a successful RV of our cute feathered friends look like or contain?
- Volcano : no way can we part our perception from the volcanic regions of china because, while the littlun's life was no spent in lava ridden zones, it was the volcanic activity itself that preserved them perfectly, making them a prime specimen for study..... or compiling feedback data we know to be accurate.
- Forest: If volcanic regions were where the tiny reptoids spent most of prehistory until we unearth the remains and learned of they..... the egg bearing feathered lizards enjoyed the coverage and safety of the wooded chinese forests they called home. These moist, lush, biologically robust zones, while not rainforests per se' were still certainly a hub of a LOT of life.
Artistic rendition......

- It was the first non-avian dinosaur ever discovered with preserved feathers, and the first for which its coloring in life could be inferred.
- Its tail may have had color banding—possibly red and white stripes.
- It had more tail vertebrae than almost any known theropod its size.
- Its stomach contents included whole lizards, showing its predatory nature.
- The specimen helped solidify the evolutionary link between dinosaurs and birds.

Well that concludes this one! Naturally there is a LOT more that could be looked into when it comes to this dino. It is nice to do RV missions that explore things we can check into because we do tend to overlook the really awesome part about remote viewing... which is that we get to have experiences outside of our local world and existence. It is way too easy to see that as "mundane" and even "boring" unless it is exploring something like the dark side of the moon or afterlife and yet... how can one presume such perceptually awesome and special peeks behind the curtain are anything worth writing home about, if we can't even confirm that we have successfully given this cute little guy a pat on his dino-doggo head?
